Types of Scope:

 

• Establishing, reviewing, and monitoring the family Investment Policy & Strategy Statement.

• Investment office structure – provide guidance on purpose, structure, roles, and responsibilities.

• Investment office counterparties – establishing (RFP/RFI), reviewing, monitoring and ongoing management.

​​​Types of Engagement:

 

• As a retained investment committee or advisory committee member, depending on requirements and formality.

• Monthly meeting cadence with work completed as needed post and prior.

 

Fee & Timing:  

 

• $2,500 + Tax per month.

• Rolling monthly agreement

• Travel costs on top.
