When presenting to multiple generations within a family office recently, a lot of discussion centred around the total costs. This included staffing, wealth management, operations and "family office services". Is the value of the office more than the cost?

A tricky question so I thought I'd do a (20 minute) Sherpa Podcast episode on where these costs can manifest and how families can manage/reduce them without compromising on purpose.
